Tech Cell Ltd was launched in 1999 and 5 years later located to a new purpose built factory to cope with the demand for the high quality 'GEM' range of Laser Engraved Anilox screens.
In 2010 a further expansion was required to a second production factory in Dukinfield, housing our plasma coating and grinding division plus a roller manufacture section for label rollers.
This expansion now makes Tech Cell the largest independent Anilox supplier in the UK and one of the main suppliers across Europe.
With state of the art equipment we are leaders in developing Anilox Roller technology. Our open minded approach to the Flexographic process has allowed us to develop specific screen configurations for the different market sectors.
Tech Cell Limited has been supplying the flexographic printer with high quality ceramic anilox rollers and anilox sleeves for over 12 years. As an innovator of anilox screen design we have helped develop flexographic printing in the label, packaging and corrugated board sectors of the industry.
The management and staff of Tech Cell Limited are not newcomers to the industry although we are a young company. A combined experience of over 75 years in manufacturing anilox rollers and sleeves to our customer's requirements has been the driving force behind our development and we will always listen to a client's requirements or suggestions.
In 2005 Tech Cell Limited achieved ISO 9001 accreditation to further assist our development as a leading anilox roller and sleeve supplier.
