Repli-Cell inspection material for on site roller inspections. Tech Cell offer a roller and sleeve inspection service in the UK that involves very little disruption to production using a unique method of copying the anilox roller or sleeve surface. A written report with photographs of the anilox cells is supplied along with volume information.
The demands on the flexographic printer means that more rigid controls are put on the monitoring and condition of the Anilox Roller. We can offer an 'on site' auditing service using our own Repli-Cell system that allows us to take samples from the Anilox surface and then compiling a full written report complete with photographs of the screen and volume details.

Gel-Cell a specially formulated gel cleaner to rescue that plugged anilox roller.
A gel based formula used for all ink , lacquer and adhesive applications. Simply applied to the Anilox roller surface and left for time to penetrate. Supplied in 1 litre bottles.
Pow-Cell a powder based cleaner recommended for use in the corrugated board industry to keep the anilox in tip top condition. This is a powder based cleaning medium used for water based ink wash up systems. Mixed with water can be used as a simple daily wash up solution. Specifically produced for use in the corrugated and tissue printing industries. Supplied in tubs. 1 tub is equivalent of 50 wash applications.
UV-Cell is a formulated cleaner designed for removing UV inks and varnishes.
