Pow Cell This is a powder based cleaning medium used for water based ink wash up systems. Mixed with water can be used as a simple daily wash up solution. Specifically produced for use in the Corrugated and tissue printing industries. Supplied in tubs. 1 tub is the equivalent of 50 wash applications.
Gel Cell A gel based formula used for all ink, lacquer, and adhesive applications. Simply applied to the Anilox roller surface and left for time to penetrate. Supplied in 1 litre bottles.
Anilox Brushes High quality stainless steel and brass bristle brush designed to penetrate into the Anilox cell.

Protective Jackets We can supply a made to measure protective jacket for your spare Anilox Rollers. They are made from an extremely durable PVC with internal padding and are weld sealed. They are completely water proof and fix using Velcro fastening. Can be supplied in various colours if required.
Anilox Roller Laser and Chemical Cleaning Service We can offer a full Anilox Roller cleaning service. This includes the latest chemical free Laser Cleaning method that is proved to remove the most stubborn dried ink. This includes a comprehensive report on the condition the roller before and after the cleaning process. Our cleaning facilities can handle rollers upto 3500mm face length.
